Hi to all,
We the IMU Ball Committee have been conducting meetings regularly and we're glad to inform you that we're doing out very best to steer the direction of the ball in the right direction.
However, we need your help in this little problem of ours : Menu Selection
As you all know, we have conducted a survey regarding the menu selection where a majority of students voted for western food. Sadly, the pricing for the western menu is a lot more expensive compared to the chinese menu. This indirectly means if we get the western food, the tickets will be pricey.
The hotel that we have chosen is a 5-star hotel, and the western food package will cost RM120 per person, with a 5-course meal of a possible menu as follow:
Wild Forest Mushroom Soup wiht Prawn Dumplings
Orange Citrus Sherbet with Mint
A Main course of either Chicken/ Lamb/ Fish
(*served with selected garden green vegetables and mashed potatoes)
A dessert
Coffee or Tea
Homemade Cookies
Hot and Sour Szechuan Soup
Roasted Crispy Chicken with Prawn Crackers
Baked Tiger Prawns with Butter Sauce
Sweet and Sour Fish Fillets
Braised Sliced "LinChi" Mushroom and Seasonal Vegetables
Fried Rice with anchovies and Salted Fish
Special Dessert Combination
Chilled Sweetened Sea Coconut with Longans
Chinese Tea
